I believe eating healthfully doesn't have to be complicated or stressful.

It is possible to live your best life through simple, sustainable shifts. You just have to be willing to ditch empty diet promises and kick food confusion and misconceptions to the curb (for good).

Nutrition is a personal and ever-changing science. No two people and bodies are the same. Therefore, every person needs different foods to feel their best and thrive. Learn to become your own nutrition expert and trust your gut, no pun intended.

While each person's journey towards good health looks different, there are a few "Golden Rules" that hold true for everyone:

  1. No deprivation

  2. No calorie counting or number crunching

  3. No perfect way of eating

  4. Good health starts in kitchen
